Suddenly I can do neither. I am using Microsoft Office Professional Plus I do not want to have the reading pane open, and have never needed to do so in order to change the size of the dispaly. Thanks for the update. Certain views in Microsoft Outlook does not have the option to zoom option enabled by design. Emails open in the reading pane can be zoomed by default. Other aspects of the application like the menu items, the message list, and the folder pane cannot be zoomed by design.
