This program should not be so complicated to rotate a text box and why dowmload two different text boxes anyway? Adobe acrobat xi pro rotate text box free download don’t offer a tool set for Architect and designers so we have to improvise when a firm forces to used посмотреть еще not so good program.

I prefer Bluebeam as they are much more user friendly no subscription nero platinum 2016 crack free download cheaper and have a tool set for architect and designer to review PDF’s and comment. I will never buy adobe for that reason and am trying to get my firm to change to blue beam.

This was frustrating, a waste of time and still no fix in sight. I tried finding the vertical text but can’t boc it again and when I click to select the text all the options in the tools go tfxt and I can’t edit the text. Acrkbat like a selection game of pick the box and pick ftee tool but click the box again because everything went grey and so on Oh and if I copy paste something from one PDF to another for whatever reason it decides to rotate it all on its own when I don’t need it rotated I know this forum was not for my rant but maybe they will read this and change things.

What you are using is not a “text box”, it’s the “Add Text” tool. The “Text Box” is on the Comments toolbar. You are adding static PDF text.

The “Add Text” tool does not have a background color associated with it, because it is not adding anything besides the text you type. Whatever is behind that text will be used as the background for your text – this has never been different in previous releases of Acrobat. The only difference was that the tool used to be called the TouchUp Text tool. Which version of Acrobat did you use before you moved to Acrobat DC? How did you add text back then? If you were able to configure a background, I assume it was an annotation or comment that you added.

Click on the “Comment” item in the right hand pane, this will bring up a new toolbar:. Use one of the two tools I’ve marked. The one on the left will not add a box around the text you type, the one on the right will have a box around the text. For both of them, you can select the background color again, using the properties toolbar as explained before. This will add an annotation or comment , it will not add static PDF text as you can do with the “Add Text” tool.
