Onedrive wont download files
No pop up window notifying us that our download is zipping or anything. Same when attempting to download a folder. Note: We’re frequent users of One Drive at our business, so this is a new development. Downloading multiple files has not been an issue in the past.
More info: Impact was specific to external users’ accessing shared files via an anonymous link. This issue only occurred when users were attempting to download more than one file per attempt.
Users could circumvent this issue by downloading files individually, although we understand that this may have not be a feasible option for those performing larger operations. Tenant administrators can view current information and updates on Service health dashboard at the link here:. Please check again at your end to confirm if the issue is resolved.
