After many emails back and forth through Yeti, they have decided that I don’t have the required driver called “USB Audio Device” that should be installed on my computer; I can’t find that anywhere. One weird thing that I have noticed as shown in the screen shots below , the Yeti shows up in “Other devices” instead of the Sound, Video, and Game Controllers.

There are no Windows 8 or 10 drivers for this from the manufacturer.
It’s supposed to be plug and play. You might want to try temporarily unplugging all non essential USB devices and plugging in the mic in case it’s a low power issue. I have a video that might help with getting this working on Windows 10 though it might not solve your actual problem.
