Hi BrendaRussell2 I am Wilfredo an Independent advisor 1- Change the resolution of the screen to its maximum in those cases in which the screen has been modified by selecting a non-native resolution.

To do so, right click on the desktop and select the “Customize” option. There, click on “Screen Settings”, then scroll the entire resolution bar to the right and press “OK” to confirm your choice. This should restore the screen to its correct size. Simply press the “Menu” key on your screen, then move it until you find the horizontal and vertical size options.
