Ask a new question. One Drive is not letting us download more than one file at a time, nor download complete folders possible zipping glitch? We try selecting one file and it downloads successfully. We add a second file to be downloaded and the interface does nothing. No pop up window notifying us that our download is zipping or anything. Same when attempting to download a folder. Note: We’re frequent users of One Drive at our business, so this is a new development.

Downloading multiple files has not been an issue in the past. More info: Impact was specific to external users’ accessing shared files via an anonymous link. This issue only occurred when users were attempting to download more than one file per attempt. Users could circumvent this issue by downloading files individually, although we understand that this may have not be a feasible option for those performing larger operations.
